Há quase 2 anos a FGSKT-Federação Gaúcha de Skate e Associação dos Skatistas de Porto Alegre vem lutando para construção de uma nova pista de skate (skatepark).
Já conquistamos o recurso no governo federal através de emenda parlamentar, mas o projeto travou na prefeitura. Primeiro o problema era o local, depois o projeto, depois a liberação do recurso e agora o problema é o local novamente. Acreditamos que uma mobilização pela nova pista de skate em Porto Alegre é necessário para mostrar a prefeitura a força do skate na cidade e para conquistar o sonhado Skate Plaza que só vem puxar a evolução do skate gaúcho e nacional.
