Please remove Neil Williams name from Megans law

Over ten years ago, my husband, Neil Williams was charged with statutory rape. He was eighteen years old, the girl was fourteen. They dated regularly, but when her father found out that they were sexually active, he notified authorities, and Neil was arrested.
Even though he is not a repeat or violent offender, his name is listed on the Megans law website, for public viewing. Although this website can be a very useful tool in protecting families, I honestly don't believe that all sex offenders should be listed there.
We live in an apartment complex where several families also reside. Recently, there have been complaints and fears voiced to the apartment manager about having a sex offender living in such close vicinity to their family. We have had our cars vandalized, and been treated very rudely by our neighbors. The apartment manager also said that if he gets many more complaints, he will have to evict us, which would leave us homeless.
I am asking that my husbands address be removed from this website, so people may get to know him as the good, responsible, hardworking person that he is. It is not fair to be judged by a past mistake that has been paid for.

My husband is going thru the same thing. he was 17 and the girl was 13, I dont believe this is justified and not everyone should be on here. My husband did not rape anyone, everything was consentual. My husband was still a minor so I think this is unfair.

my nephew was convicted of the same thing under the same circumstances. the only difference is that the girl who was 13(and lied about it) got pregnant to a 25 yr old man right after my nephew went to prison. he got released after 3 years and as a 21 year
