POR UNA NORMATIVA JUSTA CON LOS ANIMALES DE COMPAÑÍA EN HUESCA

Las Normativa de Convivencia Ciudadana de la ciudad de Huesca, es excesivamente estricta con los animales de compañía y sus dueños. Los perros no pueden acceder a NINGUNA zona verde. Sólo hay una zona de esparcimiento habilitada, muy lejana, sin luz, insalubre, que puede calificarse como peligrosa e indigna. Queremos sumarnos a la campaña de firmas de la protectora Alborada, que reclama una mayor flexibilidad en la normativa y la habilitación de zonas adecuadas. Podeis ver vídeo de la representante de la protectora que lo explica muy claramente.
