Three fourths of these are children below the age of 5. (Source The Hunger Site www.thehungersite.com).
We ask the players from the Portuguese Football National team to give the financial prize-money awards related to the Euro 2008 to organizations like UNICEF or the Food Bank.
We call all Portuguese and European citizens to join this initiative, by contacting directly the above mentioned organizations or others who fight hunger.
