This online petition is to help unify the Bikolanos' and the Nagueсos' desire to preserve Naga City's old historic buildings. We hereby call on the National Historical Institute, the City Government, and other relevant government agencies to declare the old Provincial Jail and other structures of cultural and historical significance to be historical landmarks and save them from destruction, further degradation, and exploitation for commercial purposes.
