El artículo 3 de la Constitución de la República de El Salvador establece que todos los ciudadanos son iguales ante la ley. Si el Diputado Samayoa ha cometido un delito y se le capturó en flagrancia, debe responder por ello. Exigimos se le procese, se elimine su fuero y sea juzgado como el ciudadano que es ante la ley. Como legislador debe dar el ejemplo en su comportamiento y no practicar ni la violencia intrafamiliar y de género que tanto daño le ha causado a este país.
