We would like to point out the inhumane treatment in Canada of dogs that are commercially bred for profit over well-being. Youve seen these dogs for sale at pet stores, on the Internet and even outdoor markets. Responsible breeders are interested in producing the healthiest and happiest puppies possible and can trace the genetic lineage of each dog. For how long can we bear these practices by back door breeders?
Puppy mill dogs are sold to pet stores usually through a broker or middleman. They are kept in filthy small cages, bred as often as possible producing puppies that may have costly health problems. Please help in any way you can to stop puppy mills and back door breeders. There are many other alternatives.
