Puppy Mills Are Bad For Our Nation

I believe that puppy mills throughout our nation should be shut down or be required to have a breeding license. Millions of puppies and their mothers die because of malnutrition, lack of exercise, and diseases. The breeder dogs are chained by the neck so tightly that they can not even sit down. The females are bred repeatedly until they are either malnourished or have come down with a serious illness. After that they are shot, beaten, or stoned to death. These dogs are not fed right and are falsely vaccinated. Buying pets from a pet store is not the way to keep it from going on or to save the puppies. It is actually the worst thing to do for them.
