Putting Customers First

We believe that it is time Big business put the customer first.

We ask you to change reverse the decision of not accepting "credit" transactions on debit credit cards. We believe that this is not fair to limit our payments options when purchasing and believe that you are only passing your costs back on to US (the consumer) and that is un-acceptable.

Yes, correct if we don't like it we can always shop somewhere else - Is that what you want us to do?

We also struggle with this common theme of limited registers open during peak times and yet there seems to be plenty registers open close to closing time. More registers open during the day, could mean less customers closer to closing time.

I am your customer and I don't feel that I should told to hurry up and make my purchases with 15 mins before closing time.

Also on your Self-Serve registers: If I have to scan it myself, can I receive a discount? You have one staff member monitoring 6 registers, I am doing their job and you are getting paid for it.
