Retire #10

We, the students, alumni and fans of University of Texas athletics and college football fans in general, petition the the University of Texas at Austin Athletic Council and Administration to change, and or amend, their current policy regarding the retiring of athletic numbers, to allow for the retiring of #10 in honor of Vince Young for the sport of football.
