Return the Six Month Rule for Newly Licensed Drivers In the State of California

It is our belief, as drivers under the age of eighteen, that the additional six months of driving without non-licensed drivers and/or those under the age of 25 be restored to the six month rule that was in place prior to January 1, 2006.
In addition, we request that all of the accompanying regulations that went into effect after January 1, 2006 be removed from law.
