Petición al gobierno de España para que revoque el artículo 17.3 del Reglamento General de Conductores en lo concerniente a la caducidad de los permisos de conducción, para equipararlo así a la Normativa Europea a la cual se acojen todos los países de la unión (exceptuando España, Luxemburgo e Italia)
