This petition is to keep student Justin Maniscalco in Senora Zanzi's set 7 Spanish III class. Sra. Zanzi is as competent a teacher as any other Spanish teacher in New York state and should not be taken as a fool. There are several Spanish standouts in her class. Two Spaniards, Jeffrey Slater and Stephen Scarnatto, and a Glen Cove resident, Ryan Postal; who is nearly fluent. Justin is a gem as a student and an accredited member of Sra. Zanzi's class. He should not be moved out for sentimental reasons and for the benefit of his education.
