A few days back Aaj TV showed an interview with two female children named Mehk Rani (age 14) and Aksa Khalid (age 8) and their brother named Ali Raza who were kidnapped from the earthquake relief camp at Balakot. After three months of staying at the camp, one day they went out of the camp to fill water. On the way they were kidnapped by women between the age of 30 and 35. They were then taken to a place where the organs of children were being taken out (surgically removed) and the corpses thrown away. The three children remained there for about three months where they witnessed their age mates being slaughtered. Three months later the two girls somehow managed to run away. The girls after running for about 45 minutes managed to get to the Minar e Pakistan from where they were sent to Edhi Home Lahore. Later they were sent to Edhi Home Islamabad. Their brother is still in that horrific camp. The childrens father was an army colonel but now they have no family as all their relative died in the earth quake or are missing. As yet no effort has been made to trace the gang which kidnapped those two children since they dont have a legal heir to register a case for them. Therefore even today those people are kidnapping children everyday and brutally slaughtering them to make profit. At the moment the price of one kidney in the international market is $18,000.

We feel that since those children are parent less, it is our responsibility to help them. This situation can come upon any of us and none of us would like to feel that helpless .We request not only the police force of Pakistan but also the local and international governmental and non-governmental organizations to take the help of the two girls and take strong action against this gang to put an end to the misery of children still under the captivity of that gang. We also feel that this issue needs to be highlighted by the media to spread awareness about the operations of such a gang in the area instead of paying a passive role since we feel that most people did not know about the issue since it was not brought out by the media. We hope the above mentioned people will take due notice.
