Marc McDowell is the student with "the best personality." He's also the student who can't go to the school he wants. It's not because he can't cut it with grades or test scores, no it's because due to his own circumstances he can't afford it. I recently received a letter from the high school that showed the estimated cost of post-prom alone to be around $7000. That's alot of money, enough money to send Marc to school. Maybe that money should be used to do so instead of having a some party that wont help anyone.
