Seriously Mike, c'mon, bring back Looney Tunes

We really miss Looney Tunes and want it back on Cartoon Network. It could be at 4 in the morning, we don't care, we'd TiVo it. I mean, you're airing "The Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries" and 10 AM, when children are watching. Is this what you want children seeing? The late-years bastardized No-Mel Blanc Sylvester and Tweety working together bullshit? Not happening. We will revolt.
When I was a youngin, a vast amount of my televisual viewing was directed toward Looney Tunes. And all was well. Then you started slowly phasing out Looney Tunes and bringing in stuff like "The Powerpuff Girls." And that was fine, for awhile. But you're showing Baby Looney Tunes over the real stuff? C'mon man, seriously.
Most of us can't afford Boomerang, and even if we could, Looney Tunes seems to hardly ever air on that network either. Which I could forgive, if you were to air Underdog even once. But you don't. Shame on you.
I remember back in the day, before Adult Swim, you used to play "Late Night Black and White" and "O Canada" on Sunday nights. Back then, Cartoon network was about good animation, classic animation, stuff youngins could enjoy and adults could as well. Now you're airing "Ozzy and Drix." More than once a day. And if you're going to air more classic cartoons, why Captain Planet? Why? C'mon man, seriously, you're killing us here.
In the following week, "Baby Looney Tunes" will air ten times on Cartoon Network. "Looney Tunes: Back in Action" featuring Brendan Fraser will air repeatedly on various HBO networks. Is this the kind of Looney Tunes we want our youth to know? The kind that shares and hangs out with Brendan Fraser, occasionally taking a break to play basketball against aliens? Kids less than 10 years old will grow up not knowing what real Looney Tune shorts are. Hell, I watched Baby Looney Tunes once and there was no Pepe Le Pew or Speedy Gonzalez, but there was Lola! What the fuck, man?! Seriously!
You can stop this.
We're not threatening a boycott, we're still going to watch Adult Swim and the occasional episode of Mucha Lucha (or some other zany show that confuses the hell out of us). We're just asking that you please, out of the goodness of your heart, give us back our Looney Tunes.
Dude, we've sat through so many episodes of "The Brak Show" and "Ripping Friends." You owe us.
Non-threateningly yours,
Spencer Thompson (Spooner at the Forums)
(They're going to add a "Sincerely, The Undersigned" thing after this, but I felt like adding my own. Don't be alarmed that there are two closings.)
PS- And if you do bring back Looney Tunes only to not air Speedy Gonzalez or Pepe Le Pew shorts because they're "controversial," you'll have entirely defeated the purpose
