She deserves her child back.

My name is James Nash and I am 20 years old and during my life Ive made some mistakes. Like in 2005 I feel 40feet off the side of the Canyon Blaster Roller Coaster at Circus Circus, Las Vegas, Nevada.




While it is not relavent to this petition it is the primary cause. Shortly after that I met a great girl named Deanne, we got together and we knew we were in love and going to be together forever, have a family and all that stuff. Well it happen a little to soon about a year after we got together. We were expecting a child.









About 3 months into the pregnancy money was becoming an issue, from




my earlier fall my medical bills were in the thousands. And I didnt qualify for free insurance and I couldnt work because of the injury.




So we did not know what to do, and we dont believe in abortion.




So we tried and tried but we knew the life he would have if we would have kept him. We wanted to spoil are children give them everything. So we thought about an open adoption. We met a a couple they were successful, happy, and had 2 kids already but they lived close by so we chose them. Ill advance this to January 2007 he is born and he is so cute, we instantly fell in love but the papers were already signed. In the begining we were told we could see him when ever we wanted, they said we could be an important part of him life. Now we've seen him a total of 2 times in 7 months. Now the Parents are gone for weeks at times busy 24-7 our child is baby sat more than hes with them. We have already missed so many of his 1sts already and there seams to be nothing we can do, The State of California doesnt allow you to change your mind if you agree for 1 split second. Now Me and Deanne are no longer together because of this. Deanne is doing great, only it puts her through so much pain to see any baby, child, or infant. She should legally be allowed to change her mind and I am asking that you sign this petition so I can give this to the adoptive parents in hope of persuading them to give him back; or to take them or California to court to make a change so future Mothers can change their mind.









Deanne deserves her child, and so do many other Mothers in this Country. Tell Arnold Swarchenegger and George Bush that you think mothers have the right to change their mind. She may never get to be a part of his life, even though its her god givin right; because some legal document from before he was even born. Also before she saw into his baby blue eyes.
