Shirt Removal Rule

On the 24th April 2010 Avi Cohen scored for Bolton Wanderers FC against Arsenal FC to hand his team a win. After scoring the goal Tamir removed his shirt to display a tribute to his Father the footballer Avi Cohen who had died in a tragic road accident and due to FIFA rules was subsequently booked. We believe that this rule does not reflect the emotion that encapculates Football and call on FIFA to withdraw the football law that neccessitates the compulsary yellow card for this action.
