Should jrock bands in general come to the UK, US and Canada more?

I believe that jrock bands are not spreading their music to long enough horizons. They usually would perform in Germany and other European Countries. However, they seem to never come to the UK especially. And only very few go to perform in America. For example Dir en grey, Despairs Ray etc. The Only jrock band that i know of that are focusing on the US at the minute are The Pillows. Do you agree?
