Smoke Free Illinois Act

I agree with government offices for this new law. That's the state owned, and state operated offices.
Libraries, Food stores, public offices.

Pretty much what has been in place for sometime now and we all know the rules.

I disagree with any private owned business, that should be up to the owner.

No matter what if its a Restaurant, bar, if its a smoking establishment its your choice to go in or not.
But that choice should be made by the owner not the government.

We all know the statistics regarding second hand smoke, but again its choice.
Its your choice if a bar, restaurant, private owned business has a designated smoking area to stay out.

Maybe we should get a bill going in Illinois to stop drinking as its causes cancer.
And it can affect other peoples lives in the public from someone driving while intoxicated.

Please sign this petition if you agree that the Smoke Free Illinois Act Must be amended. To allow private owned businesses the option to allowing smoking or not.
