Smutty the Perverted Mouse

One cannot underestimate the importance of cartoons, and their place in the hearts and minds of every living person when they remember their childhood. There have been many cartoons based on numerous characters; who can forget the guy who turned into Bananaman after consuming one banana, or the blue elphin type people - better known as the smurfs or smurfettes.

I firmly believe that it is now time for a cartoon to be made on the life and times of a perverted mouse named Smutty. Smutty the mouse would spend his days strutting around town, drinking and perving on anyone and everyone.

In summary Smutty the mouse would be the type of character that would live in Ringsend in Dublin, live in a penthouse apartment and spend time drinking in Cocoon bar

I have encountered staunch opposition to this idea in recent times, albeit only coming from the female sector of Ireland Inc. but I believe that the will is out there for Smutty to see the light of day.
