Star Wars Galaxies Forum Moderation Reform

Our biggest dispute is the banning of accounts from the game for conduct on the message boards. We ask simply this: If we violate your policies on the boards, ban us from the boards. Many of us who have been banned from the game for our behavior on your boards feel that our conduct does not warrant such extreme punishment.
Furthermore, we are fed up with the "trigger happy" attitude the moderators of the boards possess. Threads that may bring about awareness of the current problem are quickly deleted, threads that maturely express discontent are deleted, threads are even deleted for merely making constructive suggestions that may conflict with current development or existing policies. We are simply tired of our money being used to hire Nazis that ignore us and treat us like we don't exist. In my personal experience with online games, I have never been exposed to such poor customer service. So please, forgive me if this poll sounds a bit harsh, I'm just not used to being treated like fecal matter when I should really be treated like the paying customer I am.
I'm not the only one who's been banned from the game because of a personal grudge on the behalf of a moderator. Moderators should be able to get past petty grievances and do their job properly. In regards to this I petition that my account, and the account of Nizzle and Ezis also be unbarred from the game, as well as victims from other servers.
On a side note, I not only feel that Garva is the worst scam artist in SWG history, but I also believe that his effort to silence the paying customers is one of the main reasons between the player/developer disconnect. I believe that he should be reprimanded for his actions if not fired. This opinion is not grounds for signing or not signing, but if this is a feeling you share please comment on it.
