We, the undersigned, want the Bedford Planning Board to deny the request of Northern Westchester Park Associates II for an amendment to the Zoning Law and Zoning Map of the Town of Bedford, a request that would change the zoning of the applicants property from the current zoning district of R-2A residential. We believe the requested changes would have a material adverse effect on the surrounding community.
