Stop reservation according to cast.

SIR,

Please stop reservation according to caste and religion. Because not every general category is rich nor all sc/st are poor. So give the reservation to the struggling ones. When a general boy want to attend a pg course he has to pay 70000rs while a sc/st can join that without any fees. Iam not asking to avoid them but iam requesting to consider the general also. If u want to give reservation please give it according to the wealth not religion or caste.
