STOP THE RELEASE OF "BULLI RAPIST" TERRY WILLIAMSON

The infamous Bulli Rapist is due to be released on parole on February 10 2012 after being in Silverwater jail for raping 11 women and children at knifepoint over a 10-month period in 1989 and 1990. As an example one of his victims, a 5yr old girl, was raped repeatedly while her pregnant mother was bound and made to watch. This man will be re-released into the community where he will be under "strict" parole conditions such as : wearing a electronic bracelet, taking libido diminishing drugs and drug testing and not being able to contact under 16yr olds. This man, Terry Williamson SHOULD NEVER BE RELEASED INTO ANY COMMUNITY. He is a risk to everyone around him, especially children. He 'isnt allowed to contact under 16yr olds" ... how is this monitored! He is a criminal and criminals DO NOT obey the law. What makes the government think he will do as he is told?? This man should not be released.
