Stop the UofL VPSA

We, as members of the University of Louisville community, which includes student, faculty, employees, and residents of the City of Louisville, located in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, ask that the resignation and/or firing of Denise Gifford be handed down in a swift and appropriate time period. This is in response to a series of bad judgments Dr. Gifford has made in her nearly 10 years as Vice President of Student Affairs, which has been a time period in which the university has ceased to function properly. Her actions have included allowing racism on the campus of the university to flourish, complete ignorance of student rights, unwillingness to fight against tuition increases, and her struggles to obtain more power within the university. We believe that Dr. Gifford is beyond the point of reform, and that the best possible solution would require that she be removed from her office.
