A pay dispute between Sunbus and the Transport Workers Union (TWU) on Queensland's Sunshine Coast has escalated.
Bus services have been suspended after the TWU instigated a ban on voluntary overtime for drivers.
Sunbus says services on the Sunshine Coast could could grind to a halt for up to two weeks amid the ongoing pay dispute.
Sunbus manager John Morrissey says the company has decided to shut down operations on those days to avoid the possible stranding of commuters.
Now is the time to tell our Local, State & Federal Government that commuters have had enough! We are TAXPAYERS paying for a service we are not receiving! It's time our Government does something about this.
