Support the Don Valley dirt jump area.





A great place for you and your children to ride, meet new friends and is also healthy, not to mention out of the house.





On a average weekend the Dirt Jumps will see close to 100 riders per day. Some just hang out to watch and others will ride what we as a community of mountain bikers have built. Not only that but these builders have done this work on their own accord using their own hard earned money to supply tools. This action continues throughout the season as tools get old and brake or they are stolen.





Before last summer the area had been abandoned, people leaving their trash all over this area with nobody to pick it up and remove it but the people that build or help repair the jumps. Now this section like so many others in the valley have been cleaned up and are functioning again as a great spot to ride.





Word of mouth goes far and beyond the city limits with Pro riders from all over Canada coming in for a spin as well. They like what we have done so far and they too also agree that this is a great area for people to just get out of the house and have a good time.





This is not a petition to gather money for tools but a list of people who are happy to see these jumps here. Just think on a busy day these jumps could see about 40 riders at one time. Doesn't sound like allot but with an area some small it gets busy. You would think congested too right? Not at all. This area is very well laid out and people seam to give the right away.





Are we asking for more space? No not at all. What are we asking for then?





We are asking that nothing happens to these jumps. Full support from the city and the community.
