Subject: Saying "NO" to switching driver aids on and off during a lap.
This petition is for the many, many F1 Challenge '99 - '02 fans out there who are sick and tired of trying to convince the unconvincable that switching driver aids on and off during a lap is an immoral and pathetic way to gain an unfair advantage.
Such advantages are:
1. Turning off the Steering Assist aid for a top speed boost on the straights and turning back on for help around corners.
2. Turning off Stability Assist for extra grip on particular corners.
We the undersigned, believe that EA Sports should release a version of F1 Challenge '99 - '02 that removes the ability to switch aids on and off during the course of a race or hot lap.
Anyone who doesn't sign this petition clearly has the same views as us, but simply hasn't been made aware of it. Anyone who compares the switching of driver aids on/off during a lap to various electronic changes a real F1 driver can change on the car may not sign the petition. Aids are not Fuel Mixtures or Engine Maps!
