Telefonica: Actualizacion a Cupcake1.5 Ya

Dear Sirs,

We the undersigned, would like to have your attention on the following matter;

Since May 2009, TELEFONICA ESPAÑA had launched an HTC phone under the ANDROID smartphone platform, the released Device Called DREAM (HTC) is customised by TELEFONICA, and has great restrictions for GOOGLE users (ANDROID is not exclusively for GOOGLE account holders but it is destined mostly to GOOGLE users)

1. NO SYNC (Synchronisation) with GOOGLE Contacts
2. NO SYNC (Synchronisation) with GOOGLE Calendar
3. NO actualization to CUPCAKE ver 1.5 and no information nor communication from the concerned parties about a delivery date.

We the undersigned and therefore clients of TELEFONICA ESPAÑA/MOVISTAR/HTC and therefore users/clients of GOOGLE/ANDROID, require immediate release of the CUPCAKE ver 1.5 for our HTC DREAM devices.

We claim our right as clients/users and we believe we are the victims of a commercial discrepancy unlike clients/users of ORANGE FRANCE where the HTC DREAM was recently actualized to CUPCAKE ver 1.5

We do not believe that we should hack our phones in order to get such a release, as the creator of the petition I personally recommend, if this petition has no effect by the first week of September 2009, to all TELEFONICA HTC DREAM users to send back their faulty device and to order a new device such as MAGIC or HERO with the two other available operators in Spain.

Nosotros, los abajo firmantes, deseamos tener su atención sobre los siguientes asuntos;

Desde mayo de 2009, TELEFONICA España ha puesto en venta un teléfono HTC DREAM bajo la plataforma ANDROID, el dispositivo llamado DREAM (HTC) es personalizado para TELEFONICA, y tiene grandes restricciones para los usuarios GOOGLE (Android no es exclusivamente para los titulares de cuentas GOOGLE, pero si está destinado principalmente a los usuarios GOOGLE)

1. SIN SYNC (sincronización) con GOOGLE Contactos
2. SIN SYNC (sincronización) con GOOGLE Calendario
3. SIN la actualización Cupcake ver 1.5 y no hay información de las partes implicadas sobre una posible entrega de la requerida actualizacion.

Nosotros, los abajo firmantes y, por tanto, clientes de TELEFONICA España / MOVISTAR / HTC y, por tanto, usuarios / clientes de GOOGLE / ANDROID, exigimos la entrega inmediata de Cupcake versión 1.5 para nuestros dispositivos HTC DREAM.

Reivindicamos nuestro derecho como clientes / usuarios y creemos que somos víctimas de una discrepancia comercial a diferencia de los clientes / usuarios de Orange France donde el HTC DREAM fue recientemente actualizado con la version CUPCAKE 1.5


No tendriamos que piratear nuestros terminales con el fin de obtener esta actualizacion o sucesivas, como creador de la peticion recomendo, si esta petición no tiene ningún efecto en la primera semana de septiembre de 2009, a todos los usuarios de TELEFONICA de devolver su dispositivo defuectoso y pedir un nuevo dispositivo como el MAGIC o el HERO con los otros dos operadores disponibles en España.
