This is an absolute travesty - none of the bands involved in this deserve to even place themselves anywhere near the Beatles.



Just a bunch of distinctly average, trumped up, egotistical and, in the majority, talent less individuals who are going to ruin one of the greatest albums in British history. The only band who can MAYBE claim to be anywhere near reaching distinction of John, Paul, George and Ringo are Oasis - and its DEFINATLY a Maybe!







This whole project has nothing to do with preserving the memory of the Beatles as is claimed and seems all merely to be a scheme attempting to market Radio 2 to a younger audience and make more money for the artists involved







It is a disgrace and people need to know so. I dont actually expect this petition to get the show cancelled but Im just looking to let the people involved know that this is not welcomed by true music lovers of the world or true Beatles fans and that it would leave two of the greatest musicians of the last century turning in their graves.
