The last I checked, Diversity was not a crime

To the Diversity of beliefs in the online Vampire / Vampyre Communities:
[ Meaning, we all do not have to believe in the same thing as everyone else! ]

I am responding here to everyone interested in the Challenge That The DJ Dividian gave to ME.

I am Yara Nightshade, and Ana Nightshade. Let me explain my names so you will understand them. YN is for writing. AN is for house Business and is what my friends call me. I use these two names openly, everyone who truly knows me, knows that I use them, just as I use NightsPriestess, and EverShadeAna. This is known about me. Nothing new.

I used to run the network Vampire Space, on ning. It was a trial experiment to see which was more accepted: Spiritual Vampyre community of which I am a known part of, or the Lifestyle community.
I write for the Kindred tribune, some of you may have seen my articles. I have never gotten anything but positive feedback on my writings.

I made a simple personal opinion about sangs. I am not a hater of sangs.
I have friends that are sangs, and understand my opinions about sangs, pranics and psychic vampyrism.

For the most part my opinion is that sanguinarians are life-stylers.
I know that some are not. But if all sangs are pranics, why can I not sense them like I do all psys, pranics, other-kin, and other etheric and astral beings? An interesting question. Are they hiding from me? Most likely not, from what I have seen of sangs, most do not even know why they consume blood, when they awakened or the like. If you don't know that, I doubt you're hiding yourself from me.

Not only this above, but it has been my experience with energies that the more learned the vampyre is the more advanced their auras are, and the more they can be felt. So if your hiding, in my book, there's nothing there to sense anyway, as your not very knowledgeable about your energy, or aura, or mental pathway.

Dividian is only attacking my opinions and beliefs because to him, my name is new. When I have been an active part of the online community outside my own private house for about two years.

I have never asked for the support of any of the vampyre / vampire communities, except for the Todd Petition, which was more for Individual purpose, than as a group purpose.

To me, the online community is a joke of what the vampire / vampyre communities should be. It is getting better, but it seriously lacks the drive, dedication and willpower that any successful society needs. I hate to say it but it should be said, the only successful vampire society that appears to be successful is OSV. I will give Todd That much credit, even if the whole society is based on the worship of himself as an Anagram.

I am a Solitary Vampyre, even though I have a House. I am very aware that I have a different set of tradition, belief, and system that most other vampyres on this planet, and I am singled out and judged because of it.
So be it. I was made to stand alone and I can stand alone.
I keep to myself, hang out mostly with my own family and I do not need anyone else's permission to be as I am or to exist. You did not bring me into being. You did not awaken me. You did not teach me. You did not do anything for me. Therefore you have no right to take anything from me, and if you do - It does not change that I am still a vampyre. I still take energy and drink blood (in a pranic sense). I just use another term than sang. I subscribe to a higher way of being, rather than shaking my leather clad ass all over someone's dungeon.

I have never harmed anyone I took energy from, nor blood. I survive, I take energy from the astral and elemental matter so I shall not be considered a parasite by others. I drink blood only when I need to do so, and sometimes not even then. I look to my true family to give me their gifts, and I offer the same. I do not feed outside of it on human, animal or other vampyres.
I do not support Vampire Rape, Preying or force-feeding or astral attack. I also do not support the use of the dead, passed, ghosts or astral disincarnates in spells, or rituals. They are not mine to command.

I also understand that sangs have the right to be as they are, to do as they do, as I have the right to do what I do, be as I am. From the sanguinarian experiences I have had, I have not been very impressed by what they have represented to me. I will not name names, but those who have seen me speak on the matter know whom I mean. I have never said blood drinking -- for any purpose -- other than force feeding, preying and rape is wrong. If you want to bathe in it, and snort it through your nose feel free. I understand also there is nothing wrong with a blood fetish, or sadistic thrill of blood, etc.

However, It is NOT MY WAY. That is what I mean, and some people have taken me out of context, and used me in misquote. Which is typical in this community.

I have certain personal opinions, and they are neither fact or proof, they are just that, an opinion, and If I am nothing to the people trying for the wrong reasons to strike me down, then they are also making a ton of fuss about it, also I am not even trying to hurt the community in any way shape or form, I am a writer and an observer, I watch and see many things, and I say one small opinion and the community shatters in on itself having a fit about what someone thinks! This is what I mean by a joke of a community.
It is not well formed, and its certain no place I wish to be apart of.

So, if the sanguine community does not want me in it, You had no reason to believe I was in the first place. I am solitary by choice, I am alone, but not lonely.

As for the psychic and pranic communities -- those know whom I am loyal too.
This Community (outside my memberships) also have trauma, deciding what is a vampyre, what makes a vampyre and what doesn't.

It is also a lie that I have been kicked out of every vampyre community I have joined. If I have to list which I've joined to "clear my name" lol Then I suppose I will:

He changed tail this quickly? He went off on a bitch rant because Todd and Don Henrie were on TV..and he wasn't. "F this, F that..vampyrism isn't real it just sound's cool for energy defiencies!"
Now he is all gung ho for Sanguinarians, and Vampyrism is the shit again. Also this man who judges me, who challenges me has retired from the vampire community more than Todd has.

Not only this, but he openly attacked House of Ma'at, and Countess Nessa on Vampire Space, just so I would ban him, which I did. I don't care who has done what, wherever else and to who -- Vampire Space was a haven, and a neutral ground, or do you vampires not follow your own Veils? As long as they did not do it to us, or against us, they were allowed, and anyone was. I like everyone else has heard what they have done, what Countess Nessa has done.
But do I care?! HELL NO!
Unless you do it unto me, I have no reason to dislike you.
The Vampire Community needs more individualism, than those who follow like sheep, otherwise we're no better than those who oppose us.

If it came down to it, and the US Government posted an act to wipe out vampire belief and the ability to be open as we are now, do you think those who "lead" the communities would be able to protest it and stop it?
Would Todd step out in his cape and be able to protect us from "the Man"?
Would Dividian quit making chamber music long enough to be able to do something? No, if anyone would be able to do anything at all, it would be the spiritual vampyres, of which I am apart of.

Spiritual vampyres are those who remember another place and time, in our memories where, everything was sacred.
I have taken an oath where I am not able to openly discuss my family outside of its family. It is true however, I am not a vampyre like most people here use the word today. But that does not bother me, again I quote "DIVERSTY".

These are my beliefs, and they vary and differ from the community that is present today. We all have these vampyre and occult societies online today and this is not true spiritual vampyrism. It is not a religion, like so many think, but it may be an extended spirituality of wicca, satanism, etc, that the energy vampyre abilities (clairvoyancy, empathy etc, which most psyvamp communities claim we don't even have lol)
uses to "amp or boost" their current pathways of evolution of the spirit, mind and body. This is what vampyrism is to me, and I detest any form of it that is empty sexual bloody kinky boot and leather handcuffs BS. Again, my opinion, like it or dislike it. I have a right to my belief, just the same as you do. You might like that kind of behavior, and you are not wrong for it, however not everyone has to accept it, and I don't care for it.
The truth of the matter is YOU shouldn't be bothered by MY opinion, if you are SECURE enough in your belief of it to PRACTICE IT.
Not everyone has to do or see things your way, just like I know that not everyone sees or does things my way.
I will continue to be as I am, with or without your approval or permission to be as I am.

This is my belief, this is the way I am. You can either accept it or do not accept it. I will not change or conform for you either way.

I do not ask you to endorse this petition or to sign it. I created it so you could see me, and JUDGE me if you so desire! Your judgment is empty and is without proper grounds based only on an opinion. If this offends you all so greatly you should never type another word on the internet.
If one person's opinion offends you so greatly, then perhaps you don't need to be so open with your life styles or sub cultures or your religions or spiritualities. I can stand alone and I was made to do so.
I am secure enough in my belief, my tradition, my family, my ways of being.
