The re-instatement of Nathan Nate Ribeiro to teach Body Blast at RWJ Hamilton Center for Health and Wellness

Please consider re-instating Nate Ribeiro to teach Body Blast. For the past few years Nate has been our instructor for Body Blast class on Tuesday at 7:30p.m. and Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. We consider Nate to be one of the best instructors that RWJ offers its clients because his classes are challenging, upbeat and very fun. In his classes, Nate always creates an environment in which all participants feel they are working together to achieve their common goal of health and wellness. Now, without Nates presence, Body Blast classes seem to lack energy. Compared to the team spirit in Nates classes, participants in the current classes get a sense of isolation during their workout. We cannot stress enough how much more one can accomplish with the feeling of unity that Nate creates for his class participants. It is very important to us.

Even though Nates classes are challenging, he always encourages us to work at our own fitness level and he has our safety at the forefront at all times. We feel that our overall goals of health and wellness are suffering without Nate as part of our weekly workout routine.
