This Morning With Richard Not Judy

Remember the show This Morning with Richard Not Judy? Good, wasn't it. Comedy at its best, and a starting point for a big boom in the careers of Richard Herring and Stewart Lee. Well, it could've been. It might've been. Who cares.

What I do care about though is entertainment, and lets face it, everything on TV now is absolute crap. The BBC (http://www.bbc.co.uk) has been accused of 'dumbing down', and the shows across all channels seem to show that. It was as far back as June 1999 when the last TMWRNJ episode was broadcast. I say, why stray away from the dumbing down, but just make the dumb funny. Sunday mornings have never been the same since the comic capers left the screen - I've had to stay in bed. (oh, the strain)

Now, lets all join hands, and 'consider the lilly.' I mean, um, sign the petition. When I get a load of signatures, I'll forward it to the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, maybe Channel 5, in a desperate (ok, channel 5 it is) attempt to get the two on TV again. I'm sure Lee and Herring wont mind, the extra cash (and fame) might come in useful.
