To have the CPS grant us the right to caare for our grandchildren.

To have Children and Families grant our plea to have temporary custody over our grandchildren. We were denied all rights due to old records we had which had nothing to do with child abuse. We completed everything we needed to satisfy the courts and have proof of this, but are still being denied any rights to care for our grandchildren or even to visit with them. We have already had Power of Attorney for our grandson (5 yrs old) while our daughter while our daughter was away at school. This is his second home and was his only home for a well over a year. We taught him to walk, talk.. Please help us by signing our petition to be reconsidered to care for our grandchildren.
