We are creating this petition to bring to the notice of the law makers of our country the unhappiness of the student community over the supposed bill to reserve nearly 50\% of the seats in government aided colleges like IIT's and IIM's to students belonging to SC/ST and backward communities.This is totally uncalled for and will deprive many deserving students from getting admissions into these reputed institutions.We believe that admission to colleges should be based on merit and reservations if any should be provided to students with poor economic background.
