Tungsten T3 Design-Flaw Recognition

The Palm Tungsten T3 PDA has a design-flaw that causes screws in the slider to fall out in the course of normal usage. Palm has so far not provided any support foor this issue, other than suggesting to send in one's T3 for warranty repair. Some people have even been told that their T3s would not be fixed since clearly their T3's were being abused. We want Palm to publicly acknowledge the design flaw in their PDAs and offer to mail to any affected user the appropriate repair kit (including replacement screws and whatever else is needed to insure the screws do not fall out again) for free.
