Turn Tanjong Pagar into a Transportation Museum

We, the undersigned, hereby request that the authorities:-
1) maintain the structure as is - i.e. no addition of floors or destruction of walls and to keep as many of the furniture and fittings as possible to maintain the 'feel';
2) ensure that the space is kept open to the public for free or a nominal fee;
3) do not convert the space to private space that changes its use drastically completely, e.g. full restaurant (case: Clifford Pier) or hotel or shopping complex or apartments;
4) maintain some of the surrounds to keep the spirit of the location alive;
5) we propose a conversion of the building to a transportation musuem that showcases Singapore's historical rise from rickshaws to today's state of the airport and seaport. Within the museum, an eatery where the current cafe is may be appropriate. The history of the building (architectural, political, etc) should also be included;
6) in addition to 5) above, we would also like to propose to utilise a portion of the tracks to serve as green space, as well as to place carriages of different eras for dining and/or interactive displays.
