UFC's Fastest KO Record Change

We here in the fight world have been through numerous afflictions in the sport of MMA. These include bad score judge decisions, early or questionable referee stoppages, and other instances. One inparticular I'd like to peition about, unlike the aforementioned (which are all on self opinion), is the record for the UFC's fastest KO. As of now Todd Duffee holds this record at 7 secs for his destruction of fellow fighter Tim Hague. Usually not one to complain but I think a fighter should be rewarded for great achievements that he/she has accomplished. At UFN 3, Duane Ludwig was pitted as a late replacement against Jonathan Goulet. Ultimately, Ludwig with his first punch, dropped Goulet at 4:57 still on the clock as he fell face down in the canvas. Referee Mario Yamasake was stepping in waving the opponent unable to continue with 4:56 CLEARLY left on the clock. Some reason on the record books and at the Official Decision the time of the fight ending was 11 secs in. That would make the clock at 4:49. There is a distinct 7 seconds gone from the time it was stopped and the time they said it was stopped, more time added than the fight actually was. I Believe that Duane Ludwig should be rewarded for this accomplishment and have his name set in concrete as the reigning holder of the fastest KO in UFC history. A Public announcement that this change was made would also be a part of recognizing his feat. Here is a link for the thread where the petitioners will sign. Inside contains a GIF of the fight for clarity.
