Please read this document carefully. This is a petition for the dissolvement of the United States Bobsled and Skeleton Federation into two seperate legal entities, both of which will be recognized as National Governing Bodies for their respective sport by the United States Olympic Committee. This is a process not without hurdles, however it is one that if successful, could lead to the financial stability and legal accountability of our sister sport, USALuge.





This is NOT a petition calling for the removal of staff members or administrators, nor is it meant to undermine the work our Board and our Staff have put in to remedy our situation. Rather, this is a poll of those individuals, specifically athletes, who are interested in the idea of establishing seperate federations and who would like to have a hand in the rebuilding process. As such, this petition will NOT be used NOR distributed. It is simply a way to measure the level of interest in said process.
