Users against the Sidekick III!!!

We the users of the Sidekick III hate the overall quality of the phone and are disappointed with the various problems that we have encountered with using the phone including: the "echoes" heard during phone conversations, poor battery life or not able to charge, email issues, and the overall "flimsy" quality of the phone. Also we feel that T-mobile has lowered their customer service standards in general while prices have gone up (ringtones, downloads, etc). The Sidekick II was sadly a much better phone than the III. This phone is not worth the money or the headache!

As soon as the next best thing is out, (the iPhone), we will cancel our contracts and move to a diffeent carrier!!!
