SI Alla tutela dellarea più bella e caratteristica del Parco del monte san Bartolo, unica da Trieste ad Ancona; la più ricca sotto il profilo ambientale,naturalistico, culturale e storico-archeologico.

NO Allampliamento spropositato ed abnorme del porticciolo turistico di Vallugola; a nuovo cemento; allo snaturamento della costa; ai danni permanenti alla qualità ambientale dellarea; al deprezzamento turistico di un tratto di costa e di monte amato da residenti,da amanti della natura, da turisti; allo sfruttamento della terra a scopi edilizi.
