Walt Disney World Fingerprint Scan and Bag Search

We, the customers and fans of the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL, will no longer allow our constitutional rights to be violated with absurd fingerprint scans and unnecessary bag search's at the front gates of each WDW park.
Regardless of the reason the Walt Disney World Resort gives for linking the fingerprint scans to ticket security, we believe this to be untrue do to the Orwellian nature the United States has taken on since 9-11-01. None of us will stand to be treated like criminals. We will Also not accept the presenting of a photo I.D. as an alternative to the fingerprint scan which WDW fails to advertise to it's guests.
As much as we all want to prevent further terrorist attacks, the bag searches at the front gates are a joke! There is simply no need for them. If anything they show how sad we are becoming as a nation by living in fear. If any terrorist has or were to visit WDW just for the sake of riding Dumbo the Elephant, the first thought that they have when viewing the long, delayed lines these search stations create is laughter, followed by the thought of "Look how we've made people in this country fearful". The search stations have also ruined some of the beauty of the parks. For example, the beautiful brick mural on the ground at the Magic Kingdom entrance is now covered by the structures that make up these stations. By allowing all of this to continue the terrorists have already won and we will not stand for it!
All of us who have signed this petition demand the removal of the fingerprint scans and bag search stations at all Walt Disney World attractions for the following reasons:
1. WE WILL NOT LIVE IN FEAR!
2. THEY UNCONSTITUTIONALLY VIOLATE OUR FOURTH AMENDMENT RIGHTS!
3. "SAFETY FIRST INSTEAD OF DUTY FIRST" WILL HELP TO DESTROY AMERICA AS ONE PRESIDENT TEDDY ROOSEVELT ONCE SAID. OUR DUTY IS TO NOT LIVE IN FEAR AND TO SHOW ANY ENEMY THEY CAN NOT TAKE AWAY ANY OF OUR FREEDOMS NO MATTER HOW MUCH THEY TRY TO THREATEN US!
4. WALT DISNEY HIMSELF HAS TURNED OVER IN HIS GRAVE AT LEAST THREE TO FOUR TIMES BY NOW AFTER SEEING WHAT HIS DREAM HAS TURNED INTO WITH THESE UNNECESSARY MEASURES!
5. WE ARE NOT CRIMINALS AND WE WILL NOT ALLOW OURSELVES TO BE TREATED AS CRIMINALS!
