Where is Bramptons Bylaw for Notification of Land Usage?

We, the undersigned, as citizens of the Brampton community, object to the recent construction of the new Brampton Transit Facility near many residential areas in Northern Brampton. We feel betrayed by the citys sudden actions and its inability to forewarn neighbouring residents of this new prospect for land usage. By placing this Transit Facility at the intersection of Sandalwood and Hurontario, many problems will arise including a decrease in neighbouring home values, an increased amount of pollution from the busses, and more traffic/noise around the area. We fully support the campaign for this new bylaw, making it obligatory for city officials to warn new home owners of any changes expected in the future to the surrounding environment, to ensure this problem does not occur again. Creating this bylaw is the least city officials can do to apologize for this unjustified act.
