World of Warcraft Paladin Class Unbalance

The Paladin class in the massively multiplayer online role-playing game World of Warcraft is far too overpowered and needs to be nerfed for the sake of class balance. While they may not be able to do as much damage as some classes, their shield ability allows them to heal all damage dealt to them three times in each fight, effectively giving them at least three times the health of other classes. This ability, combined with their ability to wear the best armor in the game, makes them an unstoppable force in player-vs-player combat.

Please note that the Paladin, being five levels below the Warrior, still had 2/3 of his health and mana after the Warrior was defeated, meaning he could immediately start another fight with another Warrior of the same level, and then a third, without dying.

The Horde to Alliance ratio in World of Warcraft is already atrociously unbalanced in favor of the Alliance. Combine this with the Alliance-only class of the Paladin, and Horde raids are almost never successful, while Alliance raids successfully shut down Horde territories on almost a daily basis. Every day more and more Horde members join the Alliance side just so they can have a chance to play as the single most powerful class in the game.

We ask that Blizzard take drastic action to fix these unbalances in whatever way they deem fair to all players of the best massively multiplayer game made to date.
