PETITION SUPPORTING CREATION OF A
DOG PARK IN WILKES-BARRE
We, the undersigned,believe that Luzern County would be greatly enhanced by the creation of an off-leash dog park in the Wilkes-barre area. A dog park would provide a place for our dogs to get much needed exercise and socialization, and provide a safe and healthy place where people in our community can have fun with their dogs and meet other people who also care about dogs, strengthening our sense of community.
