نحن الموقعون أسفله، مواطنون وهيئات مدنية سياسية، نسجل تعرضنا على المحطة الحرارية المزمع إنشاؤها بالفيول بضواحي تيزنيت، وذلك لما لهذا المشروع من أخطار على الإنسان، النبات والحيوان
وإننا إذ نطالب المسؤولين عن هذا المشروع بالإيقاف الفوري للاشغــال الجارية، بسبب المخاطر التي تتهدد حياة الساكنة، نعلن استعدادنا لخوض كافة الأشكال الترافعية والاحتجاجية ضمانا لحقنا في صحة سليمة، ونعلن انخراطنا في " جبهة تيزنيت للدفاع عن البيئة " المشكلة من الهيئات المدنية والسياسية وعموم الموا طنين للدفاع عن بيئة سليمة، وللتصدي لهاته المحطة التي اختارت الفيول بدل اعتماد طاقات متجددة
