Against the "No Chatting" in the Fan Art Section on OTHForums.com

This is a petition against the rule that there is no chatting or "spam" as the mods have called it, in art threads.

Here are a list of problems that have occured already, and the rule's only been active for one day:

- Mods are getting a heavier work load
- Friend's cant talk to eachother like they could before
- The fanart section will be practically out of use
- Hardly ANYBODY is happy with this rule
- People are going to have to go out of their way to talk to their friends when they could just chat to them in their art thread
- People are going to feel unignored because their opinion isnt being listened to regarding this new rule.


The problem is, it was never a problem before. Why start enforcing it now? Nothing is happening because you're NOT enforcing it. Everything was fine. No arguments, and any reports were probably from people who are new to the forums and who were trying to get VIP or Moderator status.


The world isnt ending because we're talking to our friends in their art thread.

What, in all seriousness is the problem?

There isnt one. At all.

We believe that there is no reason to suddenly start enforcing this rule.

We are against this motion.
