Annual Bucky Bash/Rocky Rally

This is a petition for the town of Rockingham, NC to plan a annual Bucky Bash/Rocky Rally in honor of Rockingham's own Bucky and Rocky Covington. Many of us were fortunate to attend Bucky Bash in May and are returning to Rockingham in July for Rocky Rally. These two young men have contributed much to the music industry and the events would be a great way to thank them for their hard work and to recognise the town of Rockingham.
