Appeal to lift the ban on recruitments of the teachers on aided posts across the Andhra Pradesh Stat

Several aided schools in the State are on the verge of closure because of staff crunch. The government imposed a ban on appointment of teachers in aided schools from 2004. Nearly 8,500 teachers posts are lying vacant in 3,565 aided schools across the State. With no recruitment for the past three years, most of the aided schools lack subject teachers particularly English and Physics in addition to physical directors, putting around eight lakh students in these schools to hardships. The State had 5,000 aided schools 15 years ago. Now it has come down to 3,565. The number of teachers in these schools has also declined from 35,000 to 20,572. I appeal the Honorable Chief Minster to lift the ban on recruitments of the teachers on aided posts across the Andhra Pradesh State in the interest of educational career of the lakhs of students.
